Rates:

Summer (19th April to 14th December)       $200 - $250

Winter (15th December to 14th April)         $175 - $200

Christmas (20th December to 7th January)  $200 - $250

All rates are quoted in US$ per night and discounts are available for rentals in excess of 6 days, with special weekly rates and longer term rental rates. There is no tax or service charge payable.

A deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is due at the time of booking and the balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.  If the booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required.  Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.  The full balance is refundable up to 4 weeks prior to arrival.  However at that time it may be possible to change dates of stay of equal duration depending on availability.  An administration fee of US$50 will be charged for this.

Booking:

A booking form and payment details for the deposit will be sent and the booking confirmed upon receipt of the returned form and deposit.  Payments can be made in either US$, TT$ or £ sterling via a bank either in the UK or Trinidad and Tobago.

The booking can be done using either the web, telephone, or direct email.  You will be required to remit a deposit of 25% of the total rental fee to confirm the reservation.
